About JKND

Introduction

JKND began its journey in 2010 with the launch of the fashion brand thisisneverthat, and has since carved out its own creative path. In 2017, the company added Yeseyesee to its portfolio, followed by the 2020 debut of Khakis, a lifestyle fashion brand. JKND has since expanded into various sectors with brands such as Sunlove (casual sportswear), TUNE (a multi-brand concept store), TENUI (personal care), Wellbeing Express and LOADINGROOM (women’s brands), and KATA, a dedicated PR agency.

Our New Headquarters

The JKND headquarters was designed to break away from conventional building structures. A central staircase runs through the middle of the building, linking to elevators at either end and connecting seamlessly to wide corridors. This central core acts as the building’s primary vertical structure, while the remaining space is used as a column-free, open workspace. Furniture units are standardized and thoughtfully integrated to support both horizontal and vertical movement, enhancing collaboration across departments.

Every element of the space was carefully developed to function efficiently as JKND’s operational hub, designed through long-term collaboration between FHHH Friends (architecture), COM (interior and furniture), and JKND. We are honored to have received the Grand Prize at the 43rd Seoul Architecture Awards (2025), under the theme "Seoul-ness: Multi-Layered City."
